Contact form

The form stores your name, email, subject, message, language and submission time in this website’s protected inbox. The operator can read and delete messages. Messages are not automatically forwarded by email. Details are used to handle your enquiry based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent by email for future processing, or contact us directly by email instead. Messages are kept in the website inbox for 90 days from receipt. Expired messages are deleted automatically on the next contact-page visit, message submission or inbox visit. You may request earlier deletion. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Statistics

Our own analytics module counts page views and clicks on YouTube, videos and email. It records the calendar day, event type, page path, language, referring domain and any UTM campaign labels. It stores no IP addresses, browser profiles or visitor identifiers and uses no analytics cookies or fingerprinting. It does not count unique people. Signed-in operator visits are excluded, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Records outside the latest 90 calendar days are deleted on the next event or statistics request.

Audience measurement helps improve the website without building profiles of people. To the extent personal data arise, processing is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object through Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Language and external links

Your language choice is kept in browser local storage under dgs-language until you clear website data or change your choice. Images are served by this website. YouTube videos are links, not embedded players. Opening a YouTube link takes you to that external service, whose privacy terms then apply.

Direct email contact

Direct emails are handled in the operator’s Gmail inbox, including sender address and message content. The website inbox’s 90-day limit does not apply there. Emails are deleted after the enquiry is resolved unless needed for further correspondence or legal retention. Service information: Google privacy policy.

Hosting, security and sign-in

Hosting: OpenAI Ireland Ltd. processes website data under the Sites Data Processing Addendum. Transfers outside the EEA may occur, supported by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of safeguards using the contact above.

OpenAI uses subprocessors, including Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Its current list describes their functions and processing locations. This website uses Cloudflare database and image storage.

IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and technical browser data may be processed to operate, troubleshoot and secure the website. Our basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: a legitimate interest in a secure, available website. Technical logs are separate from our analytics. Provider retention depends on operational, security and legal requirements; a fixed Sites-specific period is not published in the linked documents.

Public pages do not require sign-in. Administration uses ChatGPT sign-in; the application receives the user ID and email to control access. The OpenAI privacy policy also covers sign-in and OpenAI’s own processing. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects.

Your rights

Where legal conditions apply, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent for future processing and complain to a data protection authority, such as the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (www.lda.bayern.de).
